We produce and deliver your custom-made Remove Before Flight within 3 to 4 weeks.
If you need your keychains sooner, we can try to reduce the production and delivery times by placing your order in "Rush" mode which brings the total lead time to: 15 to 20 days but it's not guaranteed.

Yes. All our keychains are delivered by default with the metal ring inserted into the eyelet.
If you wish, we can deliver your keychains without ring, in case you want to put another type of fastener.
If you choose a reinforced fastening system, this replaces the eyelet but the metal ring is also supplied with it.

In the case of woven keyrings: Yes.
It is even recommended so the colors of your keychains will be exactly the same as those of your graphic.
Regarding the embroidered keychains, we do not use Pantone codes but a color chart for threads and twills.
We choose the color that comes closest to the one you want for the background, text or image. In this case, you can send us RGB or Hex codes.

We always include a graphic artwork (proof) so that you can approve the design before placing the order.

Ideally, we prefer to work with illustrator vector files (.ai .svg or .pdf).

What texts and images are not allowed on my key rings?
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these rules or is contrary to our content policy.

When it's finished (it takes a few days), we send you a picture of the sample by email.
If you are satisfied with the result and give your approval, we move to production.

If you haven't received any feedback of your order after a few days, it's because it's in progress and we need some time to:
- Make the sample model of your keychain: approx. 3 to 5 working days.
- Do the production based on the approved prototype -by you-, the production time depending on the quantity ordered: 5 to 10 working days on average.
- In any case, do not hesitate to follow up with us by email to find out a little more about the progress of your order.

Not at all ! We can produce keyrings with a specific background color other than the choice given on the form.
That's because we can't show you all the colors since there are too many of them, which is why we limit ourselves to the most standard colors.

Sure, it's possible to choose several different colors for the same keyring model.
For example: if you order 100 keyrings, you can request that they will be divided into 50 reds, 30 blues and 20 greens, instead of having 100 keyrings of the same color.
Please note that the unit price for each color group will be calculated based on the number of keychains of that specific color. Thus, the 50 red keyrings will have a unit price lower than the 30 blue pieces which will have a unit cost lower than the 20 units of green color, since production costs are influenced by the quantities ordered for each color and the higher the quantity per single model, the greater the price reduction.
For example: if you order 100 keyrings, you can request that they will be divided into 50 reds, 30 blues and 20 greens, instead of having 100 keyrings of the same color.

You can cancel your order as long as production has not started.
- Each sample made is charged to you: US$35 (excl. tax) per sample.
- Once you have given your approval after receiving the sample photo(s), cancellation is no longer possible.
- If you do not answer our sample-approval e-mail, it is considered approved on the 8th day after our e-mail is sent, and therefore can no longer be cancelled or returned.
- Even if production has not started, once a sample has been made and sent for approval, it will be charged.
Yes, on woven models. The QR code is woven directly into the fabric and scans with any phone. It can open your website, a digital business card, a PDF catalogue or a booking page.
We create the QR code for you: simply send us the link to open. For reliable scanning we recommend a short URL, and we check every QR code with a real scan before production.
