New: Design Lab version 1.2
Our customization tool has been upgraded. Here is what's new:
- Realistic preview of your keychain: fabric, merrowed border, key ring and fastener, with front and back shown together.
- 4 sizes to choose from: 140 × 30 mm (5.51' x 1.18'), 130 × 30 mm (5.12' x 1.18'), 120 × 25 mm (4.72' x 0.98') and 100 × 20 mm (3.94' x 0.79'), displayed to scale.
- Standard or reinforced fastener (+€0.15 per keychain): riveted metal clip and D-ring, for heavy use.
- Border: 24 PANTONE-referenced colours, the same as in our quote form.
- Easier text and image adding: they are automatically placed in the middle of the keychain.
- Realistic preview of each side in your cart and in your order details.
History: v1.0 — backgrounds, texts and images on front and back · v1.1.5 — border colour selection · v1.2 — realistic preview, sizes, reinforced fastener, 24 PANTONE colours.
Customization tips
- Use png images with transparent background to insert on your tag.
If you use a jpeg/jpg file you will have a white background around your picture. - Dark colors on light background / Light colors on dark background
Don't put white text on yellow background or a black logo on a brown background. - Choose your size directly in the tool: 140 × 30 mm (5.51' x 1.18', standard size), 130 × 30 mm, 120 × 25 mm or 100 × 20 mm, all at the same price.
For any other size, request a quote. - The original font for Remove Before Flight tags is called "Roboto Condensed" : 3rd font in the list.
- By default, the technique used is embroidery for all orders made on our "Design Lab" tool.
If ever the visual turns out to be too detailed or complex, then the weaving will be proposed to you by email to replace the embroidery. - Please note that any color gradation is not reproducible in embroidery or weaving. If your design includes color gradients, then we will offer you a 3rd option which is Print.
Ready for a Re-Order?
Already have placed an order with us? No need to start over : we keep your artwork and sample photo on file. Simply send us your previous order number (SO...) or the photo of your sample and we can launch a new production run immediately.

- Auto Decreasing prices according to quantity
- Same price if single-sided or double-sided
- Price unchanged if adding image (logo) or not
- Same price for all 4 sizes
- Reinforced fastener: +€0.15 per keychain (standard fastener included)
- By default, embroidery is preferred, then weaving then Print
- Customize your border: choose its color among 24 PANTONE colors, independently of the front and back background colors.
The border is the same color on both sides: your selected color is automatically applied to both sides. There is no need to specify it in your order comments.
