Customization tips
- Use png images with transparent background to insert on your tag.
If you use a jpeg/jpg file you will have a white background around your picture. - Dark colors on light background / Light colors on dark background
Don't put white text on yellow background or a black logo on a brown background. - Need an exact colour (brand guidelines)? Enter its HEX, RGB or PANTONE code in the "Colour code" field of the border, the text or the background: the matching PANTONE reference is shown instantly under the keychain.
Fluorescent and metallic colours are confirmed by email before production. - Choose your size directly in the tool: 140 × 30 mm (5.51' x 1.18', standard size), 130 × 30 mm, 120 × 25 mm or 100 × 20 mm, all at the same price.
For any other size, request a quote. - The original font for Remove Before Flight tags is called "Roboto Condensed" : 3rd font in the list.
- By default, the technique used is embroidery for all orders made on our "Design Lab" tool.
If ever the visual turns out to be too detailed or complex, then the weaving will be proposed to you by email to replace the embroidery. - Please note that any color gradation is not reproducible in embroidery or weaving. If your design includes color gradients, then we will offer you a 3rd option which is Print.

Already have placed an order with us? No need to start over : we keep your artwork and sample photo on file. Simply send us your previous order number (SO...) or the photo of your sample and we can launch a new production run immediately.

- Customize your border: choose its color among 24 PANTONE colors, or enter your own HEX, RGB or PANTONE code, independently of the front and back background colors.
The border is the same color on both sides: your selected color is automatically applied to both sides. There is no need to specify it in your order comments.

Our customization tool keeps improving. Here is what's new:
- Your own colours: on top of our 24 colours, enter your own HEX, RGB or PANTONE code (e.g. #0077C8, 0, 119, 200 or 3005 C) for the border, the text and the background. The matching PANTONE reference is shown instantly.
- PANTONE references under each side: background, border and text of the front and back, so you know exactly what will be produced.
- From quote request to online order: your design opens in the tool with your colours, and your logo and text placed where you put them.
- A better-centred preview in the tool, whichever fastener you choose.
